Bacon Wrapped Cheese Hot Dogs

It's absolutely true what they say about everything being better with bacon. These are so simple and SO yummy (as long as you aren't counting calories :)

8 hotdogs

1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

16 slices of pre-cooked bacon - or more if you prefer!

8 hotdog buns

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice each hot dog lengthwise down the middle, but don't slice through all the way. Fill with shredded cheese. Wrap the hotdog with 2-3 slice of bacon. Bake approximately 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, hotdog is cooked and bacon is crispy!
