Cannoli Dip - EDITORS CHOICE

1 - 8oz block of cream cheese (softened)

1 Stick of butter (softened)

1c Ricotta cheese

3/4c of Confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)

1 Bag of mini chocolate chips

With a mixer blend together the cream cheese, butter, ricotta cheese and sugar. Fold in chocolate chips. Chill for about an hour and then stir mixture again. Chill again until mixture solidifies.

I serve with strawberries, crushed sugar cones or Nilla wafers!
