Chili Dog Casserole
2 cans (15oz) cans of chili - with or without beans depending on your liking
1 (16oz) package of hotdogs - I prefer Ballpark
8 - 8in flour tortillas
1 (8oz) package of shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Spread one can of chili in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll up hotdogs inside tortillas and place in the baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili. Top with remaining can of chili and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
