Slow Cooker Tortellini Spinach

1 bag of frozen tortellini (I actually used two bags)
1 small bag of fresh spinach
2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
1 box or 4c of vegetable broth
1 block of cream cheese (I added an extra 1/4 of a block)
Put all the ingredients in a crockpot, chunking up the cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6hrs.
