	This may be my new favorite appetizer! There's so many good things you can add to this depending on your liking. Here's my 1st attempt, but I added a few more ingredients I may consider trying in the future!

	1 - 9oz package of Three Cheese Tortellini (Buitoni worked really well)

	1 can medium or large black olives

	1 - 5.75oz jar green olives

	1 - 12oz container of marinated mozzarella balls (1 container yields about 30 pieces)

	15 slices of salami, cut in half

	I filed this under appetizers, but you can seriously make these any time! Quick, easy and super yummy! I used the regular stuff, but if you are watching what you eat you can definitely substitute the low-fat ingredients.

	&nbsp;

	Roll Ups

	1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls

	4 cheese sticks, halved

	1 package of sliced pepperoni

	Optional: marinara sauce or ranch dressing

	Garlic Butter Glaze

	2 TBSP butter, melted

	1/2 TSP Italian seasoning

	1/4 TSP garlic powder

         <title><![CDATA[Hoagie Dip]]></title>

	1/4 lb Genoa salami

	1/4 lb provolone

	1/4 lb prosciutto

	1/4 lb deli ham

	1/4 lb roasted turkey breast

	1/2 head of iceberg lettuce (shredded)

	1 tomato (seeded and chopped)

	1 small onion (chopped)

	Oil (according to your liking)

	Oregano (according to your liking)

	Slice all the deli meats and cheese into small pieces. Dice the tomato and onion. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add as much oil and oregano to your liking.

         <title><![CDATA[Cheesesteak Dip]]></title>

	1 box of Steak-Ums

	1&nbsp;onion (chopped)

	1 jar of Cheeze-Wiz

	Salt and pepper to taste

	&nbsp;

	Sauté the onion in a skillet. Crumble the cheesesteaks and cook in skillet with the onion until brown. Drain some of the grease and transfer the meat mixture to a crock-pot. Add a jar of Cheeze-Wiz. Mix well and let slow cook (or keep on warm).

	&nbsp;

	Use crackers or sliced french bread/hoagie rolls to dip.

	1 - 8oz block of cream cheese

	1 jar of salsa

	1&nbsp;cup of mexican shredded cheese (or more if desired)

	1 small can of sliced black olives

	3 chopped green onions (optional)

	&nbsp;

	Soften cream cheese and spread into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Spread salsa over the cream cheese. Cover the salsa with cheese. Top with olives and green onions.

	&nbsp;

	Cook in a microwave for 4-5 minutes or a conventional oven for 10-15 minutes at 250 degrees.

	&nbsp;

	1 - 8oz block of cream cheese

	1 pack of Hormel Pepperoni

	1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup

	1 bag of Thomas' plain mini bagles.

	&nbsp;

	Soften the block of cream cheese in the microwave. Slice the pepperoni into bite size pieces and add with soup to the softened cream cheese. Mix well and place in a 9 inch pie plate.

	&nbsp;

	Microwave for 4-5 minutes or bake in a conventional oven for 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees until hot.

	&nbsp;

	Serve with broken pieces of bagles.
